In line with the Pension Regulator guidance, the Hammersmith & Fulham Pension Fund Committee, confirm they are committed to working towards improving it’s equality, diversity and inclusion. In order to represent the best interests of the membership of the Hammersmith and Fulham Pension Fund.
The Committee strives to consider diverse viewpoints when considering the appointment of the members to the Committee. The Committee will also engage in training and seek feedback from our pension fund membership whilst considering the Fund’s demographic to ensure that our decision making is suitable for our membership and inclusive.
The Hammersmith & Fulham Pension Fund believe that a diverse pension fund Committee enable decisions to be made for the best outcomes for all the Fund’s membership.
We also actively encourage feedback from our membership who have the opportunity to attend meetings and have access to meeting agendas and minutes.
