Auto Enrolment is coming this summer!
Auto Enrolment is a government initiative to encourage employees in the workplace to save for their pension. It requires all employers to enrol their employees into a workplace pension if they are not already in one. If you are not currently paying into the LBHF pension scheme or have opted to pay into the 50/50, in August 2025 you may be automatically placed back into the pension scheme.
